What holidays do you have at home? There's talk of Christmas here, of course, but I realize that not everyone may have a similar holiday in their world. I'd love to hear more about different cultures and religions - it's one of my greatest areas of interest.
Also, should we have a Christmas party, assuming that circumstances allow it?

It was a sacred plant among druids and used as a sort of protective ward against poisons, evil spirits, and said to have healing properties.
In fact, even enemies meeting below mistletoe would immediately lay down their weaponry and declare a temporary truce. I assume that is where such a tradition came from, logically.
