[Walking the streets of Prospero today is probably one of the most beautiful men this city has ever seen. He's even dressed in a reasonably nice set of clothes-- just enough fabric to prevent sunburn, but flowing in allll the right places.]

The local head of government here. This far in the past of Terra I have very little idea of how to properly comport myself, so I had thought to get a copy of the local laws and ordinances so I could avoid, ah, inadvertently committing any crimes.
