In Which Miki Makes people regret asking her to do things.

[After a bit of fumbling Miki manages to send out a mass text to everyone in prospero, even though it's contents only really concern the Minors of our fair city.]

fyi 4 all you skoolkids im going 2 hav a fighting class aftre schol two day attendence is manditory lol so be there 2 learn 2 fight shadwos

Actions

A. At the hardware store.

[Miki is walking around with a basket full of chains and padlocks, humming contentedly to herself.]

B. Prospero High, around 1 pm.

[Miki is walking around the high school, stopping at all the doors except for the front one, and chaining them shut from the outside.]

C. Prospero High, at the end of the school day.

[Many of the doors have been chained shut, save for the front doors. Outside is a sign that says "Be Prepared! I'm grading you!" (If your character is a high schooler, when you walk out will probably be ambushed by a crazy person.)]

[With that, Miki jumps out of the garbage can, lands on her feet and charges towards Atsuro.]

[N...no Atsuro, don't run! That...THAT

Something wakes in Miki and she takes off after Atsuro, grinning madly.]

[HOLY SHIT MAN]

GET AWAY!

THE SHADOWS WON'T LET YOU JUST GET AWAY LIKE THAT!

[As Miki gets within range of Atsuro she will dive forward, reaching out to grab him.]

YEAH BUT DO YOU HAVE TO DO IT LIKE THIS?!

[Success! She manage to grab him.]

Gah!

[Miki pulls Atsuro towards her toothy grin, she begins to chuckle in that insane manner that crazy violent people chuckle in before she seems to snap out of it and place Atsuro back on the ground. She pulls a pad and paper out of her pocket and begins to write on it.]

Well you gotta have the same fear you would feel when actually fighting them!

[She rips off the top page and hands it to Atsuro. On it in thick black marker is written C+]

[He ignored the paper in favour of checking his bag.]

...Phew, my laptop's okay.

You've got some potential, but you still have a lot of work to do.

Yeah except I don't bring my laptop onto the field!

You have to be ready at any time. What if the zombies come back except this time they hunger for computers?

I handle their battle related information. Anything about their biology and stuff aren't a part of it.

Oh. I don't know anything about their biology either. I just imagine that they are full of more shadows on the inside.

I know they're pretty squishy, just not what they're made out of.

Maybe it's one of those new foams that don't take thousands of years to disintegrate?

...Except they do when we hit them hard enough.

Yeah. That's less than a thousand years.
