[Action; city streets]

[Today, a certain man sporting golden hair can be seen wandering around the streets of Prospero. He may enter as many buildings as he leaves, but he never stays in one area for too long. He seems to be in search of something, or perhaps someone? Your various attempts to catch his attention seem to fail, unless of course, you actually bump into him. You'll get two red eyes staring at your person before he gives a simple laugh and walks off to his next destination. Do you continue to follow him, or...?]

[Video; night]

[The video feed switches on, and the first thing you may notice is that the room is... very over the top. So many fancy looking decorations and furniture that you'll wonder just how somebody could even set it all up, much less afford it all on their first day. That's a mystery that will have to be solved another day. Gilgamesh then turns the camera back towards himself, showing that awfully charming grin of his that some people may already be familiar with.]

So, tell me. How many of you mongrels are familiar with the story of the great King Gilgamesh and his loyal brother Enkidu?

[ Her eyes snap open at that and her hand instinctively goes to the side of her hip, feeling nothing but the bare fabric of her pants. ]

Archer. [ A scowl greets him in return as her chin is lifted, eyebrows narrowing. ] You have come to join us in this realm?

[Not moving one inch. Actually, is he moving closer? What is personal space.]

Not by choice, of course. But knowing that you're here certainly makes this pitiful state of existence much more tolerable. This could only be a work of fate. Surely, you understand what this means, right?

[Ah, and there was that smile. The same smile he knew would make her feel so very uncomfortable as it did all those years before.]

[ Backing down is a coward's path and that will be a road she will refuse to travel along, remaining still in place as he advances. ]

How droll. I thought there was no force capable of bending you to it's will, but you just admit otherwise. [ Confidence slowly building up. ] You speak of fate, but it is as I say: previously you allow no force, mortal or not, manipulate you.

Yet, here you are. [ Leaning back against the wall fully, chin up in a bold manner. ] Mm, yes, I do understand what this means.

[ And there's her own smile, bright and brimming with the challenge behind her words. ]

You are not as powerful as you claim!

[Was that a wince? No, of course not. He'd never actually show some foolish weak side like that, especially not in front of her. Instead, he'll just laugh her comments off!]

Somebody should outlaw that tongue of yours. I'm sure it must be ten times as sharp as any blade in my treasury. But what else should be expected from such a detestable girl? Now, if you wish to measure my power for yourself, feel free to come at me. I won't hold back.

[ Pushing herself away from the wall and much closer to him, his challenge is met with a nod. ]

Then we shall battle. What say you, Archer?

Ha. When have you ever known me to back down from a fight? But don't think you'll catch me off guard like last time. It's not like you have that faker around to help you anyways.

[Now Gil will just be snapping his fingers to pull out Ea any second now.

Hn. So this place even restricts access to our Noble Phantasms? Oh well, it's not as if I need any of them to beat you here. My fists will be more than enough.

[And he'll just casually kick a table out of the way while waiting for her to take the first swing. So gentlemanly.]

[ Oh, that stings. Thanks to Shirou and his influence over Saber, her emotions betray her momentarily as she looks towards Gilgamesh with hurt in her gaze. Seeing as there was a certain someone in her heart lacking in this place..

Shifting the weight of her body on her toes, she moves towards him and-- ]

Arthur!! Break time is over!

[ A stuffy man speaks up and Saber stops in mid-swing, fixing her posture with haste. ]

Excuse me, Archer. I must return to my duties.

[Oh, that wicked grin that spread across his face was enough to send many weak-hearted fools to an early grave. The hurt in her eyes only made it that much better. He was readying his own counter attack when that shout broke their concentration. ...And he couldn't help but cackle.]

Oh, that's rich. Were you not the one preaching moments ago about myself being manipulated by others? And yet here you are, a once mighty king much like myself, taking orders from these mongrels. Ah, but we wouldn't want to keep your master waiting, would we? Go on. I'm sure we'll meet again before too long.

[ Keeping herself busy with fixing her cuff links, she chooses to not look towards him as she speaks. ]

There is no shame in working for what you need and desire. The choice to leave is within my will and one I can easily make if I felt it an insult.

[ This is the confidence knowing he will have to do the same with the loss of his heroic spirit status. ]

Do not cross paths with me, Archer, unless you wish to die.

[A shrug, not that she'll see it. But since she's now occupied, he really has no reason to stick around. He'll start walking back into the city, but not before giving her something to dwell on.]
