...How would a woman live in someone's body, though? She'd have to be a really tiny one. And you'd have to find a good place inside your body where there's enough space to live. And how would she get food? And I'm not sure I understand the "using your face" part.

It's true that there's a pretty low chance of it happening. So, if you were one of those sorts of people and the other woman not literally living inside of you would go have dalliances with people when still looking like you... [ note the distinct lack of quotation marks in the way she says "dalliances"... ]

...Um, I wouldn't tell an entire city. That's a bit risky. Maybe just to the people who would care. Like the ones she has dalliances with, if they don't know. They should probably at least be aware of it, just in case.
