[It's a beautiful day, Prospero. No horrible event, no Shadows, no fighting, nothing bad. But wait! There's a newcomer in your lovely town, and of course we're talking about Izaya. Don't worry, he means no harm. Lookie, he's basically around Prospero the whole day, either it's the park, restaurant, shop. Everywhere! He'll poke you or you poke him; Izaya will communicate with you in the end.]
[Contrary to popular trends, he's not panicking over how could he be here. In fact, he seems to be enjoying things. Also, this happens before B, since...]
[B. Action; Locked to Shizuo]
[Just right after all threads on A, Izaya's still frolicking everywhere... Don't you just love your live, Shizuo? There might be an Izaya passing by in front of your nose. Skipping happily :D]

[While action post is locked solely for the bartender, reaction post is more than welcomed. Since... Well, there would be some havoc created by Shizuo, and surely that won't go unnoticed.]
