[It's a beautiful day, Prospero. No horrible event, no Shadows, no fighting, nothing bad. But wait! There's a newcomer in your lovely town, and of course we're talking about Izaya. Don't worry, he means no harm. Lookie, he's basically around Prospero the whole day, either it's the park, restaurant, shop. Everywhere! He'll poke you or you poke him; Izaya will communicate with you in the end.]
