[Her phone sits on a small tower of books on her desk. Saori doesn't look at her phone, but instead looks out of her hotel room's window.]

It's funny. I might be in the minority for saying this, but I'm not sure if I want to go back to my home world. Outside of the whole Shadow Hour and Personas deal, it's...rather nice here. In a way, it's given me a second chance to life.

My home world was rather mundane and humans don't have special powers. Well, at least that's what I thought until I was spirited away by a supernatural creature. The very last thing I do remember was facing eye to eye with it and...well, you could guess what happened. Besides, if I were able to get back, assuming I'll be brought back to life, there's really not much waiting for me.

[Now she turns and faces the screen.]

Still, I'll help everyone with gather information about our personas and shadows. I'm still traiing but I'll give it my all to support everyone. If you need to contact me during the day, I work at the high school's cafeteria.

[Saori smiles, but it's not her usual cheery ones and reaches over to turn off the feed.]

It started with my mother's death. She died from an illness when I was seven. That wasn't the strange part though. A year after that, my father went missing. I saw him off at the train station in the morning and my little brother and I never saw him again. We ended up being raised by our grandmother until I took over. Then, four years ago, my little brother disappeared. Both times the police looked into it but nothing came out of the investigations.

It always bugged me that they would do such a thing. And I can't shake this feeling they are no longer... I'm sorry. I didn't mean to bog you down with this.

When the authorities have nothing to go on, you cannot blame them for laying your case aside in order to devote themselves to the cases for which they do have leads. I understand that it must be frustrating, but in a case of complete disappearance, there is often nothing to be done.

I should know. My best friends have been missing without a trace for twenty years.

Twenty...that's how almost as long my father's been missing too. I'm not a spirit medium or anything but I have a feeling both my father and brother are no longer in the living world. If I could at least find out if they passed away without pain, that would bring some closure.

In the mean time I was working on finishing my father's work. He collected many books and scrolls of folklore and mythology and wanted to translate them all. But now that I can't get to them to finish up the translations, there's not much I can do about that.
