Because humans have the ability to choose bad or good things for themselves, and I love that about them. They have a will, and desires, and wonderful things. I don't dislike anyone for choosing to follow their own will.

I'd hardly call that wonderful.
I can dislike someone who has the opportunity to do or be something fantastic and yet chooses to do nothing.
Humans are wasteful.
