[ Saber is seen tangled up in a red blanket (which she totally pilfered from Gilgamesh's abandoned home) with a pair of lion cubs licking the other's face and neck, one of them slightly larger than the other. It seems the larger one enjoys the blanket as it continually rubs it's nose against it, neglecting attention to the younger cub. Saber herself seems to be doing well. Hard to believe she was killed just a while back. ]

It seems people come and go here as often as the sun sets. [ Casually spoken without a hint of despair to it. ] Is there anyone you have noticed that has gone missing? This is a realm where death is a cruel joke, hardly to be taken seriously at all, but it still pains one's heart all the same. The same with people who leave here. If you require protection during your stay, no matter how brief or long it may be, I ask that you seek me out. I am with my knights within this place and can assign a chosen to assist you.

[ A pause, almost as if she wants to speak on something else. Instead, she shakes her head and cuts the feed. ]

I have looked of pictures of it within the books they have in this city, Lancer. It is a strange place now.

A shame there is no way to preserve what has been lost.

Things are going to change over such a long period of time. Unfortunately, there's no way around that. All that people like us can do is cope with it the best we can.

I was told normal people also complain at restaurants. Doing so permits their meal to be recooked. Is this dishonorable?

I was eating out with a stranger who could not afford to do so. They also introduced me to a dining custom called dine-n-dash.

I don't think I've heard of that. What is it?

It is when your dining partner pays for the meal when you are not looking, then you flee as quick as possible so that they can begin to clean up the table.

...hm. That's a little unusual. People in this era really do things like that?

I was told it was a fairly common practice.

Interesting. People really have gotten strange over time.

I'd been focused more on figuring out how to survive here and not look as out of place as I feel.

I was told getting a trophy wife would help with that as well. I do not understand the term however.

I can't say I'm familiar with it myself.

I do not think it counts as a real wife, so you would not have to feel dishonest about it.

Perhaps not. Though I still can't say I understand the concept.
