[The screen opens up in what seems to be a pile of discarded wine bottles. Exactly a dozen plus two, in fact. The view then shifts to The Kid, who is holding onto the phone...if you squint, you might notice he has a bit of a glazed look in his eyes. There's a bit of a slur in his voice, though he's oddly coherent considering the amount he's had.]

Sssstupid hotel doesn't even have strong booze. Just startin' ta feel tipsy after the tenth bottle...weak stuff. The Bastion had stronger stuff, damn it, I...

[He trails off and mumbles a bit. He doesn't look too good on an emotional or physical level, but he's doing a good job of miraculously staying alive despite how much he's had. There's some truth to his words: all the alcohol from the Bastion and his history of drinking helped build up a tolerance.]

[So. Man. Out of nowhere, Kayneth's got all these feelings.

Feelings of familial devotion for people he's met like once. What are their names, even? There's that one guy who looks like he's never been out in the sun ever who he's currently assuming is his brother or something, he's got feelings of fatherly devotion for that one kid who made an ass of himself over magic and that other kid who... was not actually that bad, given that he gave him helpful information and didn't try to punch him in the face.

And he still feels like he's forgetting someone. Or maybe two someones. Man. What the hell kind of aristocrat can't remember his own family members' names? Get with the program, Kayneth.

Well, anyway, what... do you do with these feelings... quality family time, right? Or do you just completely ignore them until they do something praiseworthy.

It's come to my attention that some of you suddenly feel like family to me, despite the fact that we've never met before and have only really had brief conversations. I don't see any good reason to let that get in the way of anything, of course, so I've decided to take you all out to dinner. I'll pay, of course.

I planned to perform Henry VI, but for that I would require more time. Ah, such a pity, but the young actors are such an amateurs sometimes. [ Sorry, not everyone can be like you, troll. ] I do hope that you will come and enjoy the stage I prepare for you all, my dear audience.

Oh, fellow servants of the Grail War, specially the Archer and Saber class. As a member of the first one spoke some days ago, a tournament between the two of you should rise soon to see which one is the best one, correct? As the judge, [ YEAH GOTTA LOVE HOW HE LIKES TO BE POPCORN.GIF IN ALL OF THIS THINGS. ] I would like to set up a date for the next month, if you all agree. In another note, I am looking for a new house to accommodate myself. There are some basic luxuries that I am accustom to, despite the new era, that I wish to do.
